Parhelion corporate citizenship and responsibility to its customers and other stakeholders is an integrated part of its business model and values. We are committed to responsible use of resources, ethical standards and international norms, safety, and compliance with all government regulatory requirements for the United States, European Union and anywhere else we operate.


During design and before a product is released for manufacturing, Parhelion has engaged independent safety consulting and certification organizations. Parhelion products involve extensive testing; product certifications; reporting; engineering design review; inspection of safety labeling, user manuals, and notice; and compliance with import-export requirements. Further compliance testing and recording are performed during the manufacturing process far beyond FDA/CDHR requirements. The manufacturing process meets the terms of medical Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for batch control, a high ISO standard or similar quality assurance program for certification testing.

Environmental Stewardship

To the best of our ability, we have worked to create an earth friendly product. We make every effort to ensure our products use recyclable materials to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, contribute to reduce energy usage, and reduce air and water pollution.

Community Partner

Parhelion desires to have a positive impact on society and be a contributing community partner. We take an active part in community initiatives, charitable giving, local education, and volunteerism. Parhelion contributes to World organizations such as Wikipedia; local children’s hospital campaigns; holiday gift donations, and giving time to science education at schools.

Working Conditions

Parhelion is committed to ensure that suppliers and individuals assembling our products and components and providing services to our company are providing responsible working conditions, and treated with respect. We do not accept labor that has not reached the legal age for work in any country or region, and apply the United Nations convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). We require wages, and work time compensation complies with local law including minimum wages and overtime hours. We require work facilities are providing safe and healthy working environment that meets or exceeds applicable standards for handling our category of products and have even funded and directed specific FDA/CDHR safety recommendations.

We believe conducting our business with the highest standards of ethics, adherence to the regulations, and we foster trusting relationships with our customers, suppliers, business partners and resellers. To maintain a high degree of trust with all stakeholders, it is therefore a core responsibility of all Parhelion associates to conduct business in an open, honest and ethical manner, and to follow the company’s code of ethics in all their business practices. This includes upholding all laws in the places where we do business and applying the highest standard to prevent inappropriate influence or corruption of any form.
